Background
Since 1910, the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS) has been hosting the annual Zimbabwe Agricultural Show, to promote and facilitate agriculture and its related activities.

The Brief 
The ZAS is inviting you to come up with a theme logo which will be used for the current year (2023) and the 113th edition of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show, themed Sustained Growth. Adaptation. Productivity. Linkages. The logo must illustrate the partnership between Zimbabwean agricultural and industrial sectors. The secondary task is to also, design the relevant promotional materials to be published on both print and digital media.
The Design 
At its core, this design tells a story of how the Zimbabwean Agricultural industry must be viewed through the lens of modern technology and industrialisation. The country must embrace modern technology and industrialisation to improve productivity, profitability and competitiveness in Zimbabwe’s Agricultural industry as well as invest in modern technology and practices to mitigate the effects of climate change and reduce environmental degradation.
The Impact 
The 113th edition of the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show was a spectacular success given the current economic challenges facing Zimbabwe. The Show experienced improved exhibitor participation with some 529 organisations taking part, up from 477 in the prior year, representing an 11% increase. Space uptake increased from 75 443 to 80 968 square metres, an increase of 7% from the prior year.
